They actually make the perfect Christmas pudding. I'm a bigger fan of chocolate pudding than a traditntal pudding so if you're like me, you will love these!! Called Chocolate Fondants in my book these puddings are irresistible and very simple to make. You can make the cake mix using a gluten free self raising blend if you are gluten sensitive.
